We always ask what a landowner plans to do with their land after a harvest. 

We carefully examine the land. Then we find out the Timber Estimate and add it to the Market Value of the Land in your area, usually its a big check.

You save Thousands in Realtor Fees as it is usually 6% for every Hundred Thousand, Land isn't cheap. It helps if we take the land off you before as we like to hold the land for a Timber Investment for ourselves.
